These are the general terms and conditions of PADELbySY.

2. Applicability & Conditions.

Our terms and conditions apply to any offer from PADELbySY webshop to you as a consumer (any natural person who, exclusively for non-professional purposes, acquires or uses products or services marketed on the market).
In order to place an order, you must be at least 18 years old.  If you are not 18, we ask you to have the order placed by your parents or legal guardian.  If we notice that an order has been placed by a minor, we may refuse the order.
Placing an order on the website constitutes explicit acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale, which are always available on this website.



3. Our offer and your order.   

All our products in the online store can be purchased. We use images to display them truthfully. However, despite the care we take to ensure the quality of the images, colour differences may occur due to the technology used and the adjustment of your screen. As a result, PADELbySY cannot be held responsible for any deviations in colour.
Your order is complete and the agreement between us is final as soon as we confirm your order by email and as soon as we have received the card issuer's approval for your credit or debit card payment transaction. If the issuer of your card refuses to agree to your payment to us, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery and/or non-delivery of your order. Orders without valid payment in the name of the registered cardholder will not be accepted or processed.
To purchase a product, please add the product to your shopping basket. Afterwards, enter your contact details. You then choose your method of delivery: delivery to an address or pick-up at a pick-up point. In the last step, you accept our general terms and conditions and confirm your payment by pressing the order button with the caption "CONFIRM ORDER". Once you have completed these steps, your purchase is final. If you provide a correct e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation of a successful transaction.
Your personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be used by us in function of your order and in after-sales service.


4. Return Policy.

If you buy products from us, you have the right to decide that you do not want to keep the goods for 14 days from delivery.  You can then return your order to the return address of chapter 1without having to pay a penalty and without having to give a reason (the costs are to be paid by yourself).  Within 14 days after we have received your order back or you have indicated that you wish to cancel the contract, we will refund you the full purchase price with the same means of payment with which you paid.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You can return your return package by post or courier.
We may wait for a refund until we have received the goods for inspection.
Products we will not accept in return:

  • items from which the price label has been removed
  • washed, worn, wrinkled or damaged articles
  • items missing parts such as labels, laces, buttons, etc ...
  • articles without original packaging

During the first 14 days after delivery, we expect you to handle the order and packaging with care. If you wish to be able to return the goods as described above, you may only unpack or use them to the extent necessary to judge whether you wish to keep the goods. Returned goods may be appropriate but may not have been used.  If you are returning goods, this must be done together with the original packaging, with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging and taking into account our instructions above. Only the amount actually paid will be refunded.
We treat your order with the utmost care but something may go wrong. Is the delivery incorrect or incomplete? Mail to customerservice@padelbysy.com If the product does not match what you ordered, we will take care of the return and refund the total amount of the incorrectly delivered product.


5. The price.

During the period we mention in our offer, our prices do not change, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates.
Our prices include all taxes, VAT, duties and services. So you will never face any surprises. In addition to the purchase price, shipping costs will always be charged. 
BENELUX customers enjoy free shipping if purchased from € 100.00 (incl. VAT). 


6. Payment.

In order to guarantee secure online payments, this e-shop cooperates with the Belgian company Mollie. Mollie is one of the leading providers of multichannel payment services with a 100% secure payment process.
Each payment (Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) is transferred via a secure firewall website, directly between Mollie and the buyer.
So neither the e-shop nor any other third party will see your credit card details or personal data.
Mollie checks the validity of your card, the card number and the access rights of your credit card and informs this e-shop when everything is in order so that the payment can be made. In this way, your purchase can be confirmed immediately and shipping can be organised.


7. Conformity and Warranty.

We guarantee that our goods conform to your order and meet your normal expectations taking into account the specifications of the product.  Of course, we also guarantee that our goods comply with all laws in force at the time of your order.


8. Delivery and Execution.

All goods and services will be delivered to the address indicated by you with your order.
When an article is in stock it will be offered, within Belgium, at your delivery address usually in 1 to 3 working days.
Deliveries within Belgium and outside Belgium are always with shipping costs and will be carried out by a courier service chosen by PADELbySY.
If we are unable to deliver on time, we will always notify you before the expiry of the foreseen delivery period.  If we fail to do so, you can cancel your order free of charge.  In that case, we will refund your payment within 30 days after the cancellation at the latest.
Our shipments are always at our risk. So you do not have to worry about goods that are lost in the post.  However, if you return goods to us within 14 days of purchase because you do not want to keep them, you are responsible for the transport.
If the goods delivered by us are damaged in transit, do not correspond to the items listed on the delivery note or do not correspond to the items you ordered, you must report this as soon as possible and within 3 days and return the items to us within 14 calendar days of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any damage due to late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier appointed by PADELbySY. Our liability in such cases shall be limited to the value of the items shown not to have been received by the customer.


9. Force majeure.

In case of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfil our obligations. In that case we can either suspend our obligations for the duration of the force majeure or dissolve the agreement definitively.
Force majeure is any circumstance beyond our control that prevents the fulfilment of our obligations in whole or in part. This includes, among other things, strikes, fire, natural disasters, business interruptions, power failures, failures in a (telecommunication) network or connection or used communication systems and/or the unavailability of our website at any time, non-delivery or late delivery of suppliers or other engaged third parties.


10. Intellectual property.

Our website, logos, texts, photos, names and in general all our communications are protected by intellectual property rights that either belong to us or to our suppliers or other entitled parties.
It is forbidden to use and/or make changes to the intellectual property rights as described in this article.  For example, you may not copy or reproduce drawings, photographs, names, texts, logos, colour combinations, etc ... without our prior and express written permission.


11. Settlement of complaints and disputes.

Of course, we always hope that all our customers are 100% satisfied.  If you do have any complaints about our services, you can contact us via customerservice@padelbysy.com. We will do everything we can to deal with your complaint within 7 working days.
All agreements we conclude with our customers, regardless of their place of residence, are governed exclusively by Belgian law and in the event of disputes, only the competent Belgian courts have jurisdiction.  If, for reasons of international law, a different law is applicable, the interpretation of the present general terms and conditions will in the first place go back to the Belgian Law on Market Practices and Consumer Protection.
